I`ve spoken to a lot of small business owners about the importance of screening new hires. However, many people tell me that doing background checks on employees is a good idea but very few actually do them. Does anyone out there have a comment? If you screen your employees, tell me how you do it. If not, tell me why. Thanks for the feedback!
