A word of caution - posting a funding request with all the details (especially the specifics of the deal) could be interpreted as making an unsolicited offer of sale of securities. Believe me you really don't want that.
Furthermore, no one is going to make an investment decision based upon the info in your post - so your objective is to get their interest. Generally, that doesn't happen with "promises" of great returns - because we've heard that before.
From my experience (and that of my clients) there are always two conditions that exist before an investor decides to provide funds to an early stage business. They are:
1. They "resonate" with the problem the business is addressing.
2. They "connect" with the entrepreneur and/or the team.
