Is the forum section of SUN slowing down or is that just my own perception?

aaron,

last week we broke all records for traffic, so what you`re perceiving is not actualy happening.

while we always want more depth and breadth of activity here, we`re thrilled with the growth the community area is experiencing.

thanks for continuing to contribute!

Rich,

I`m glad that it`s not slowing down because SUN has been a great place for me to bounce ideas around that help me make some daily business decisions.

It does seem to me that some of the quality of posts has started to go down recently.  I know that this is a subjective opinion, but I hope that we can all contribute to making this a great place to always find useful information about running and starting our businesses.

Does anyone have any ideas or comments to take things to the next level?

I haven`t seen it slowing down. What I have seen is alot of new faces. and alot of new topics.
Lets see Currently I have 276 activity points so I don`t know if I have slowed down at all. I think whats happening is, We are a growing community.
and I love to be part of it..

I have been with Start Up Nation since they started so.. Thats what 4 years almost? am I correct Rich, Joel?? 4 years right?

Edgar,

This wasn`t me being critical of SUN if it came across that way.  I usually follow the new topic headers on the main page of the forum and hadn`t seen a whole lot of activity for a couple of days and was wondering what was going on.

However I would be interested in knowing what the participation rates are for new members.  It seems like the new members previews are changing every second but I don`t end up seeing a lot of them in the forums.  What can we do to help them cross over?

I know, for me, it has been a really busy week. Lots of photography, updating stuff, etc.
