Aryuveda and Almost Vegan Front and Center

Caterina Fashions & Beauty Inc. Seeks Certified Venture Partner

New York, NY, December 29th, 2006 – Caterina Fashions & Beauty seeks to introduce and launch the Caterina Aryuveda Dreams lines of beauty products line of products (skin care and hair care targeted problem kits) via a series of infomercials to reach over 80 million households.  The firm seeks a dedicated, environmentally oriented venture partner.

The firm will work with Infoworx, who has been in the Direct TV/ Infomercial business since 1992.  They specialize in producing and locating markets, as well as venues for the release of their clients’ infomercials.  Included is the offer and script development, 1 day shoot with a professional talent, digital editing, reaching millions via internet video broadcasts and more.

One may ask themselves why invest in this is a venture worth investing in.  The more people have become aware of the damage that beauty products can cause long term to organs especially, alternatives are sought and at reasonable prices  Also, as more is known about the effects of chemicals and such in products, people are going to be looking for reasonably priced natural alternatives.  From the July issue of Cosmetics Design comes a report that personal care products labeled as "natural" or "organic" have shown double digit sales growth over the last three years.  Highlights include that the natural personal care market had: "an estimated value of $5 billion in 2004 as consumers seek out chemical-free alternatives"...[and have]..."grown by a total of 50 per cent since 2000".

If interested in being a venture partner, please contact us and let’s make money together while changing the world.

Hi Katherine,

Links/definitions from Google,
  Define: Press Release

Your press release should have relevant information about something you will do, with or without an outside investor. Seeking a venture partner is not something that the public is generally speaking interested in, it has no news value. IMHO a press release of the sort is more likely to turn off a future potential investor in your company on the process of doing his due diligence.

Good luck,

Hi Katherine,

In addition to the comments above, you will want to focus on the benefits of your business. Why are you unique and what`s in it for your potential customers?

You can build "buzz" and brand awareness by promoting these aspects of your business. Then, you can use this press to market potential investors.

Best of luck,

Melanie
