It`s a professional looking site, flows well and invites deeper browsing.  I tried to view some demo videos and some of them never started.  "Buffering 0% of 20%"?  What does that say?

Your site does a good job of `what`s in it for me` (the viewer), which is usually the weak point of most websites, but what`s in it for you?  You don`t charge for listings and the videographers do all the legwork for you, so where`s the revenue source to keep the site up?  Not that this is an appropriate question for a site review, but it calls the question of longevity.

I got the same buffering problem, so didn`t see any videos. The idea is interesting, and I`d like to make it easier to browse around. Maybe offer a "newest videos," or "this month" type of thing on the front page. You also could just have the complete list of all videos by link, then offer anyone the option of narrowing it down by searching.

When something starts for free, it`s pretty hard to convert it to money. We`ve seen that all over the place, and Web companies are still trying to figure out a good way to make money from their sites (excluding e-commerce). It`s a basic and foundational problem of the model: global information for free, but set up on sites at the expense of individual labors.

The main problem I see is going to be mostly differentiation. With a seeming never-ending set of new directories popping up, video or otherwise, we, as a small business, don`t really care anymore. We fall into some site, usually by recommendation, and take the time to use it.

Otherwise, there are just too many places to "advertise."

Thank you your wonderful input.  We just fix the issue with buffering.  Please try it again.  We don`t believe in doing business for free.  However, we do offer free listing but will charge for premium services for example- feature on the main page.

I am using firefox and a slow dsl connection, and it buffering worked for me.

1. Your video menu has too much on it.
2. Firefox bugs all over, seems you have margin issues.

Idea is fine and hope your server can handle increases in web traffic.
Also you should have ads, I see that its free how is your site going to be profitable.

Okay, video works now. However; I don`t get why the maximum buffering is 20%. Wouldn`t it be buffering X% of 100%? Why not just get rid of the buffering message entirely. Make it an hourglass, or a bar or something instead.

The other issue is that it`s loading slow, compared to say, YouTube.

Anyway, having watched the video on the main page, I`m thinking you`d do well to create a video of your own for your own business, and use that as the default advertising business video. Then below that, have some content to explain why someone should use your site.

Following that you could have your latest 10 uploads, or a browse feature. Everyone is now familiar with YouTube, so I`m thinking that`s sort of what people will expect, or at least will use as a comparitive benchmark.
