The graphic design is not interesting. the front page lacks life. The blog listing look poor.

I would add some social media stream in the front, that way you can give the sense that many people interact with the "ministries leadership." Like tweets this and that. If you don't do this, then perhaps add some RSS feeds from other interesting and motivating sites, that often post current topics.

I would add images of the activities that take place within the ministry; in the front page very important.

Add an image for each blog. and image that communicates the essence of the posting. the listing where the intro to the various blog appears is not attractive. If you add images, I imagine you will get more attention based on what the image and brief introduction communicates.

There is nothing.. Graphic is ok, but content is horrible..
