Retail clothing franchise?

I have been trying to find a clothing store that franchises. Something similar to "Ross Dress for Less", "T.J. Maxx", "Burlington Coat Factory", or "J.C. Penney`s". All of which it turns out do not franchise. I am looking for something along that line though who does. Does this forum have any suggestions? I really appreciate any help.
