There is a famous retail chain that is in most American malls that only have company owned stores or have wholesale of their products.

However, I see an oppertunity to buy their products at retail pricing, transporting it to a foriegn country and still sell it for a nice profit.

Can I do this legally without this store`s permission?

You`ll want to talk with an attorney specializing in international trade, but I see no reason why you couldn`t do it. (I`m not at all an attorney.) Logically, what`s the difference between buying something for yourself, or buying it and selling it to your friend? None that I can think of.

Where you`d end up with complications would be import-export regulations, customs, and transportation fees.
