Your layout is broken in Firefox and Google Chrome.
I don't think the header area is effective ..... the logo at top left is too large, and there is too much red space that really accomplishes nothing beneficial .... the small logos down the right side are also not needed, and gives it a "boxed in" feeling.
The "FAQ" area seems to focus on PayPal .... what about shipping. returns, warranties, shipping methods, and other areas?
Sorry. I'll be surprised if you sell anything with this site. The
first issue is your business - you are retailing a COMMODITY and
the only reason anybody would be likely to buy from you is
one of these three:
1. You have the lowest price
2. Buying from you is extremely convenient
3. The customer can get something from you he or she cannot
get anywhere else.
I don't think your site meets any of these criteria.
Look what you are up against... Amazon.com, BestBuy.com, and
so forth. Your site is disjointed and not intuitive. The layout will
drive-away commodity shoppers who are accustomed to the
familiar layouts and content of the big sites.
I suggest you are selling the wrong stuff for a web startup. You

I think it will be really hard for you to sell anything to your target market from your site. Your site doesn't address your target market at all. To appeal to college kids, your site needs to look modern and have all the bells and whistle of the current technology.
If you haven't mentioned that your site is an online retailer, I wouldn't have ever guessed that. At first look it seems like a blog with an article on MP3 players, digital cameras and calculators. You need to display products, special offers and have a clear call to action on your homepage.
Your FAQ seems like it's all about PayPal, most user won't scroll down to see that there are other things.
You need to start with your logo and have that professionally designed. Read this article
Let a Professional Design your Business Logo and you'll understand what I mean.
I applaud you for doing as much as you've done on a Healthcare background, but there's so much more to web design than a non-designer knows about.
