Hello Everyone,

After spending a couple months working on my website redesign I finally relaunched it last week and would some feedback on the new and improved version.

I added several new features; up to date recall information, Refer A Friend program (win a $50 Visa Gift Card), and a forums section, as well as consumer reviews that focus on Green Living, Health and Fitness, Outdoor, and All Products. All reviews come directly from consumers like you and I.

Please take a look at the new version of the site and let me know what you think. Respond here or leave feedback for me by e-mailing me direct at notices@consumertreehouse.com

Thank you in advance.

Looks nice and clean, and I have only one suggestion. In your bullets on the landing page, which do explain most of the idea, you should have them each linked to a small article that gives the details.

Those details should give a short description of what`s the point, then explain how exactly it works in detail. It should then summarize how this relates to the next topic, and have a "next" option or "return to home" link.

I agree with CraigL.....need a little more info on those bullet points.

Easy to navigate. Easy on the eyes. I like it. Going to bookmark it.

Great idea Craig, I never thought about doing that.  Just added the note to my ongoing and never ending list.

I feel like there is a lot of white space under the bullets on the main page. I thought about adding more ad space there, but then I think it might be too crowded. Any Ideas?

Also what are your thoughts on the forum pages. It`s a standard forum, nothing too fancy.

Thanks for the feedback.

If you have an actual article about each bullet point, say...five paragraphs, then you could fill in the whitespace on the front page with summaries. Use the bullest as "h1" or "h2" headings, which search-engines notice, then have a 1-paragraph summary of the following article. Use the link to get to the complete article, and a "learn more..." link at the bottom of the summary---like a blog.

That`d get you better SEO, offer you lots of room for keyword and key phrases, and help your visitors understand the purpose and function of the site.

Very nice website. The clean look (nice amount of white space) works well with your overall concept. I like Craig`s suggestions about the bullet points.

Just one thing - the subhead under your logo "Your source for unsolicitated product reviews" has a misspelled word. I believe it should be "unsolicited". It`s a small detail, but I thought I`d mention it.

Best regards

I didn`t see any forum pages.

Where the bullets on the main page are the last one is underlined, you can click on it and it will take you to the forum pages. Also, once you click on any of the 5 tabs on the main page you will be taken to that page, once there you can access the forums.

Take a look and let me know.

Thank You

If you`re going to use forums, have a tab for Forums.
