I have a concept we are developing and are looking for a competent patent and trademark attorney hopefully in the Chicago area. Does anyone have anyone they can refer who they have worked with? I wantto see if we can patent our technology.

Hi John - I have patent and trademark clients all over the United States - many from Startup Nation. You can contact me if you are willing to work with somebody with reasonable rates out of your local area. I am told my rates are much lower than those in Chicago. With e-mail and fax, many legal matters can be handled electronically these days.
