Hey Guys,

I am doing some work on a start up which will supply Refer A Friend software for websites.

Is there anybody on here who has a refer a friend offer with their business and would be willing to 
answer a few quick questions over email?

It would be really appreciated and would help out with focus on product development.

I think the Dropbox software has a refer a friend offer. They offer a free upgrade to the memory that the user can get whenever she or he refers the application to a friend, but only if that friend installed the dropbox.

While it may provide good information asking others what they are doing - I doubt very many will open up much about their offers and programs. But, it never hurts to see.

I would suggest that you work the other side.  What do those who refer want to see?  How do they want to be able to do it? What about those who will use this software - what do they want?  Might offer some good insight asking your customers and users what they want.

I will study it and I will be back with a review.

There's plenty of such scripts available but hardly anybody is doing that these days. The most powerful is still the viral scripts used by social networks.
