I am looking to hire someone in the U.S. to handle customer service inbound phone calls for my e-commerce website business. I don`t need a full-time employee right now and would like to pay on a per-minute or per-call basis. I am looking for recommendations for a contact center company or an homeshoring placement agency that can handle both inbound phone calls and online live chat sessions.
I would prefer a homeshored solution but a contact center company would also work for me. Has anyone had good experience with anybody? Any help is appreciated. Thanks!
