If I were to start a commercial real estate company, would I be required to have a real estate license?

Right so it`s the government DICTACTING what people can and can`t do.... I hate the f**king government more and more every day.

The process takes 3-5 f**king years... really f**king worth it. NOT.

My only out is to partner with somebody that went through all that useless sh*t, that the government requires so they can charge a fee for a license to fund their damn SOCIALIST agenda.
