As experienced real estate investors we are looking to partner or joint venture with two angel/cash investors. We offer 12% ROI and your investment is secured with real estate. We have several properties either under contract, closed on and ready to renovate or in the negotiating stage to purchase. Our properties are primarily located in Central New Jersey and are single family homes. While we do have some small commercial deals, single family homes and the first time home buyer market with an end buyer price of $300K and under is our target market.
