Hi guys, I was searching for a good business forum and this one seems to be pretty active.  I would like to build my business plan here about real estate investing and eventually try to find people who are interested in my home town to put money in the project.

Two questions before I start :

Is there a lot of people from Canada here or at least who knows about laws specific to Quebec province ?

Is there people here with some knowledge of real estate who will be able to give me feedback on my ideas ?
