Here is my site - I have had it up and running since last August (2009)... Just now in January (2010) Google's crawler popped!... and now i have a slew of top 10 key words showing!... But please be brutal - I want to hear all your critique to make it better

I like it! It looks professional and its easy to navigate. Good color scheme and it's easy on the eye.
The only problem I have is trying to find the price. You should tell people to click on their state to find the price. And also, don't forget to mention "prices will vary by state". I noticed that immediately as I clicked on some of the other states like New York, etc. But over all, its good. It will work.
Make it easy to find the price. Maybe even put up a price tab with each state's pricing just to make it easier. I've always found it annoying on sites that make you pretend to buy the item just so you can find out what the price is.
Very clean, easy to read website. I like it. You could dom some promo since i see your ranking is not so good.
Two of your headings are missing question marks, "What is a Certificate of Good Standing" and the Why one. You should have them, but in this case I would do something different. I would rewrite them so they are not questions. Maybe "A Certificate of Good Standing".
I would also replace the once sentence of Why you should get one, and create a list of benefits of having one.
