Well. BP hit my favorite - Think and Grow Rich by Napoleon Hill. However, I always preface this by saying I think you should first read the 2-volume set that was the basis for TAGR, The Law of Success by Napoleon Hill. Just keep TAGR handy at all times - a nice reference guide.
Same era: How to Win Friends and Influence People by Dale Carnegie. A must to read. Give it to every young person you know (as well as TAGR). Keep a copy handy at all times. Read it at least twice a year.
Some will think this is "corporate" crap - it ain`t. Taking lessons (mistakes) learned from the corporate world and putting them into place in a small business is a great way to ensure your small business does not make the same mistakes. Patrick Lencioni has written several excellent books I highly recommend. You can visit his website at www.tablegroup.com to learn more and signup for his very good newsletter. I recommend all of his books:
All of Lencioni books are told through a fable format and are easy reads - 2-4 hours at best. The messages are clear and they sink in.

Great go-to for those self-doubt days!
Ellay - great suggestion - Nathaniel Branden is good to read anytime. The two suggestions by RaiseCapital - I second that motion.
Great suggestions folks!
