We are expanding our business nationwide and are looking to ramp up fairly quickly in several new markets. We will be selling an opportunity to be part of a community of local service organizations. Most of these companies have revenue between $1 million and $20 million per year and are not franchise or national organizations. Only one company per category will be accepted into our program. This community will drive sales leads to its members, provide a networking forum and will be promoted to the region as the place to call for pre-screened service providers. In other words, it`s something you want your company to be part of.

We don`t have any problem selling this in our established market since we have great name recognition through advertising and media partners. What are some ideas on how to expand this nationally and to get the attention of these companies ahead of our launch where name recognition benefit is not available?

We will have a local sales team who will call on these companies individually. We will also hold seminars to educate companies about the opportunity. We can sell them, we just need to get them in the room.

Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.
