I was wondering if someone could tell me how many individual clients you can set up in QuickBooks Pro? I am in the process of getting a non-profit business off the ground and I purchased Quick Books for Non-Profit, but haven`t installed it yet, as I am upgrading my computers. I`ve been an accountant for many years, so I`m comfortable with the accounting side, but I`m used to using the large ERP systems at various large clients. I recently assisted a client with the set up of an LLC for a small existing business and he wants me to also do the bookkeeping for him as well as annual financial statements, taxes, etc. Another individual had approached me about doing the same thing. Both of them want me to manage the bookkeeping/accounting aspect on my site.
Will I need to purchase QuickBooks Pro for both clients, or can I purchase the software once and use it for both clients financials, or possibly purchase additional licenses or something. How would that work? Also would I be able to run QuickBooks Non-Profit edition and QuickBooks Pro for my clients on the same computer, keeping my businesses financials and theirs separate. Please advise. Hopefully I didn`t confuse anyone. :-)
Thanks
