I am trying to find out if money placed into a commercial acct. not allocated as start-up costs is taxed right off the bat?  Any feedback would be so appreciated.  Thanks =)

Taxes arise from business activity.  Moving money from one place to another does not lead to a tax event.

That was a great question. I did not think of it like that. So, if you are moving money, and not accepting money from an outside source you are fine.
