Hi,

I am working on my business idea (I think it is one) for last 3 months and did some groundwork having created business plan, market survey. I am thinking to go with partners may be 3 or 4.

Here is my question..

When I bring in partners how should I split the ownership (25% each?) or should I keep little more (even though every one invested equal amount of money) because I came up this idea and did the ground work?

or should I invest more to keep the more share of the pie (like 30% of the investment for 30% of the share)

Please throw some light.
