Ok I'm Opening my doors! Yeah... I've registered as an S corp in MN ...I'm trying to get all my licenses, and business documents that I can ....this is the hardest and most frustrating state I have ever come in contact with ...I've opened people businesses in IL, and IN and have never had so much trouble and go here and call here and ...UGGGGG!!! please help ..I need is one ...do to me being an S corp do I have to register securities with the Securities and exchange commission and as of yet ...I have nothing to register...2. dealing with MN department of commerce, MN dept of labor, the MN sect. of state., the mn workers comp, and the bonding insurance...grrrr...(mean face), do anyone on here understand who I need to deal with and who I don't need to deal with ...oh and I have only a week left to get all this in...so a lawyer and there high prices is not an option!
