I am looking to create a new type of invention laboratory wherein I provide a series of invention options under NDA and invenstors pick and choose into which ideas that would be willing to invest.

The idea, as it currently sits, is that an investor would commit to whatever amount of money they desire and they would set rules for that commitment.  Currently the rules are simple - the investor would place a floor and ceiling total amount of money that would need to be invested (the floor to trigger and the ceiling to limit the amount invested) as well as a floor on the equity they would want in exchange for their investment.

I have enough company ideas - spread out amongst numerous industries - to launch 20-30 major companies.  I can either go down my current path of building one at a time or I can diversify, bring in people to build out these companies and really start monetizing these inventions.

Right now, I am looking for any investor that might be reading this to let me know what they think of this idea and what I would need to provide in order to get investors interested in signing up.  What information do I need to provide, what other options need to be provided, etc...

Thank you!

You need to just create a viable product/service that can be protected by patent/trademark/copyright whatever. If the product has value in the marketplace, then investors may be interested in your company... You can then decide whether you want to license the product/service to professionals to manufacture or manufacture yourself.

Oh and form a company structure (DBA, LLC or Corp etc). You'll appear professional and capable of following through on what you say.

Visit your local Small Business Assoication (SBA) or SCORE office for assistance if you need it. There services are free.

Good Luck!

Nice idea you might try to start a product development group.  Just don't spread yourself too thin.  Money is scarce these days so people will be loath to invest in something if they think your being pulled in 20 directions.
