Hey everyone,

I'm a young business-minded guy looking for a highly skilled coder to partner with me to build a revolutionary medical website. I initially want to give a reasonable equity portion in the company. Is this something feasible, or do all good coders come only with a salary?

Little about company: I have spent some time (and money) creating an almost-functioning version of the site with a developer in India. But now I want to apply for a startup accelerator / get ready to bring this baby to market, so I need a local developer. I am located in the NY area, being in my region is a plus but not required.

Little about me: I have very relevant experience in the medical software field. I am currently obtaining an MBA from a top-ten Business School. I also have experience with a couple of successful (albeit smaller) startup business. I am a seriously motivated entrepreneur.

Any help with advice on how to go about finding a partner that I'm looking for is greatly appreciated.
