As a new business owner it is very important to have a professional email.   When your prospect get's your email you want to make sure they know who you are.   Have you ever gotten an email from a company with an email that was gmail, hotmail.   It is better to have a professional email like ideadudestraining.com.  What ever your company name is , use it in the email.

Where can you find a cheap email solution?  Office 365 from Microsoft is an alternative.  You get professional email and a lot more.   The great thing is that you get it for $6 per month.  I use with my company and it helps to save money.   I don't have to worry about getting an expensive server and software uuugh.   Anyway you can check it out at http://www.microsoftonline.com and you can try it for free.

If you need training on how to use it or need help setting it up.  Then let me know.   By the way check out this new website http://www.howtoexchangeserver.com.   You will find free videos about Exchange Server which is the backend to Office 365.

The cheapest way is just to add your business email address to you Gmail, Hotmail or Yahoo. It is free. I use the free hotmail and Gmail and I am able to send using my business address. I think the other tool that makes emails more professional is to use WiseStamp.
