I need some advice from anyone who can help. I am about to enter into a private label agreement with a very big company. This company is a corporate office of a hundreds of franchise stores of their own brand. My question is, does anyone know what details I need to go over in a private label agreement. I have never done this kind of deal before and anyone who has any experience in this would surely help.
This company would be two stepping the product, similar to what a distributor would do, only they would just be selling to their franchise retail locations.
