I am a realestate investor and consultant.I have been doing this for 2yrs.I have made other investors lots of money but at the end of the day i have been cheated out of money because of no contracts on my behalf,i have bought properties from "FRIENDS" but was ultimately stuck and ruined.Now that i know the laws,and the business i cant get a loan,or a business line of credit because of the properties i had ruined my credit dealing with "FRIENDS" that used me to get them out of a bad deal.How can i go about finding a private investor that would invest in the property and not my credit.Or do anyone have any advise that i can use right now.
