May I suggest using the services of a licensed private investigation agency that specializes in professional pre employment background checks to protect your business and your income. Background checks are not just for the business professional but for the private citizen as well. Make sure that the company you hire does professional background checks on their employees before you allow them on your property or entrust the care of your children or elderly parent(s).
