I understand the corporation is treated as a legal entity, but what kind of actions are available once incorporated?  Does this mean the corporation can sign all forms with its business name instead of putting down the name of a physical person? If forms can be signed in a corporations' name, how far does this ability extend? Can it sign anything or is the ability to sign things limited to certain criteria?  Does an LLC lack these abilities to some extent?

Specifically for online forms, does the corporation use its own name (Wal-Mart, Inc) or the name of an authorized officer? How does the corporation fill out a form if the form or whoever accepts paperwork won't accept the entity's name as a valid name? Are they breaking the law by not recognizing a legal entity?
