Hey Everyone!

www.indieinfo.net is a pool table website for a company out of Ottawa.

The goal of the website is to merge an existing buisness of services with a new side operation of selling products. there might be  afuture of splitting the two side of the buisness to seperate sites so i try and keep things as seperate as possible.

I designed the site myself and wanted to go for a basement feel, while keeping things bright and readable for the viewer. I really wanted people to have a bright welcome while still feeling homey.

I hope people can give me some great feedback towards the site from an outside perspective.

Thanks so much everyone

I like what you did.  Very simple and understandable.

I'd consider removing the large site-wide logo which takes up a lot of space, and also cut it in half.  This will make the user experience more intuitive and eliminate the need for the user to scroll down.

I'd also consider using some sort of lead generation tool on the right side of the upper header. An email form, a click to call feature, or a short video.  Whatever works.

I've attached an image of the changes.

I tend to agree that the Logo bar is a little too tall. There is a decent amount of white space above and below the text/image, that could easily just be chopped off to reduce the amount of room it absorbs. I'd also suggest making the slideshow automatically slide through the images, when I went through them I got to where they looped around, went "huh, that's kinda neat", and didn't touch that image bar again (and with how much room it's currently taking up on the site, that's probably not a good thing)

The rest of the site flows well. Everything is where I'd expect it to be, and nothing is hard to find. Although, I can't seem to find an email address on the site, which is probably something you want to put on the "About Us" page.

Last nitpick- I think the background in the center of the page is a little too busy (so many interlocking lines) compared to the background at the header and footer, but I don't believe it's that much of an issue.

Over, it's a really smooth site that does pretty much exactly what you set out for from your description. Good job!

Overall website design is pretty awesome especially the images you’ve used. I’ve seen a new pool builders Virginia website and they has also good design. But I would say your website design is business looking design with eye caching layouts.
