I fully believe in the approach that Microsoft takes in the business world and that you just have to get out and put your service or product out in the market.  I took this same approach with my new podcast and website for small business.

We have called the site "Calgary Small Business Show" however we are not geographically tied to the Calgary market.  Our podcasts and posts do help small business owners across the world.
