I just looked at the site briefly, but one thing that jumped out at me was that it uses "Bcos" instead of "Because", I think that's kind of an awkward abbreviation.  I think using the full word might be a better idea.  I know that might be trivial, but it might be worth something.

Besides that I think it looks pretty good.

I think you have too much writing on your page. Your call to action I am guessing would be Contact Us. I would place your call to action on the upper right area of the page and make it stand out. This is what you want people to click that land on your page so make it clear and stand out. It sounds like a beautiful place you are selling so I would show some more pictures on the home page and tone down all the writing. Maybe get an arieal shot of the surrounding grounds.

Few things which came to my mind, your template looks good and nice but add some good contract background color instead of plain white which make some attractiveness to the site. Also add video's instead of jsut pics. Finally, add captcha in your contact us to avoid spams to some extent otherwise you will get lot of spam emails.
