What goes in the square that is on the upper left right under your logo? It shows up as a grey box for me (IE8, Vista 64).

I don't get it. Literally. What do you do? Nothing tells me, on the home page, in a nutshell, what you provide the user. there is no upfront information telling me why I'm here and what you really offer me.

I toured your site and have just a few comments.  While the site has a clean professional look, it lacks substance.  Your home page for instance, says absolutely nothing.  You could toss that page and not hurt your site one bit. 

You also have a “client” page that is great advertising for your clients.  But, it doesn’t state what you did for them.  Take NewFiction.com.  You have a short blurb about NewFiction.  But, you don’t say how your company helped them.  What did you do for NewFiction?

You also use a lot of catch phrases instead of concrete statements about your service.  I therefore had no idea what services you actually provided clients.  You need to be more straight forward in what you can actually do for a client.
