I am researching a "va" for myself, I have a need starting in a few weeks. I like the look of your site, I just start to feel guilty on your home page. While you seem to describe the benefits of your service, I already know all the other things I`ve let slide including my family life, so go ahead and rub it in. 
maybe you could re-word your "pitch" so it isn`t pulling on "guilt strings". Offer positive bonuses without kicking the client.

I suggest you move testimonials to a testimonials page, put your services on the front page.

I need an assistant, give me your capabilities up front.
