I`m not known for sugar-coating anything, so I thought I`d get that little disclaimer out of the way ...
I really had no desire whatsoever to even read a single word on your site.
The colors are distracting.
The fonts are hard to read.
The focus of the front page is lacking. (See:
copyrighting.)
You need more whitespace and less words.
Less things that don`t matter, less talking about you and more talking about what you offer me.
Your store shouldn`t have copywriting.
Think of when you walk into a Safeway. Do they hand you some sheet with words when you walk in? No, they have end-cap displays with all their finest products and sale items inviting you in. Target has the "dollar spot" right at the front of the store and end-cap displays on every isle. Kmart hands you sale flyers at the door. Cragen has signs to show you around. Think about that and try to re-create that feeling when you do your store.
I`m sorry to be blunt ... I hope some of this helps.
