Hi-  It`s been a bit since I`ve been on SuN and the last time I was here ... no forums.  Nice addition!

Please view my site at:  http://www.asapsurvey.com and offer up your constructive criticism.  I`m keen on hearing my service`s "understandibility" from the site and also any feedback on the service overall.  I give my appreciation in advance.

THANKS!

Aaron

Totally understandable, and probably an excellent idea. One question, do you guys develop the survey questions? I`m a microbusiness, and have little understanding of statistics. But I do hear, around y`know..., how anyone can get whatever results they want from a poll. It`s all in the questions being asked.

As for the rates, I wonder why I`d want to find $425 for a survey? I have a pretty good idea of what my customers want, since I`m dealing directly with them as the owner. Maybe have some testimonials from clients who demonstrate why the money they spent had a fast and strong return on investment?

Easy to navigate site, though. I liked it. :-) Just have no particular need for the product myself.

i think the site is great. nice and clean looking. (not a commercial template is it?)

the only (bad) I thing a could say about it is that the "check mark" in the logo is very pixelated. other than that, nice job.

OAD & Craig- Than you for taking the time to comment. Very APPRECIATED!

Craig-  I do work with the client to develop questions.  I know what you are saying about getting the results you want.  Our fees are base on the full service of consulting on survey creation, implenting ideas on how to drive traffic to the survey, delivering results of the survey (online and printed) and then offering the printable offer at the end.  The value will not be there for everyone but my intial reaction from Restaurants and hospitality businesses has been very strong.  I`m just 2 months into this.

OAD-  It is a custom design but the photo is a stock photo (I`m sure its been used elsewhere).  I work in the web world.  The check mark is supposed to have a pixel look to it.

Thanks again guys!

ASAP - Like the concept but I had a couple comments.

- I would personally use SE friendly URLS.  So pid5.php might become how_it_works.php or process.php.
-  Detailed on pid5.php is misspelled (detaield).
- I would strongly recommend putting detailed screenshots of the reporting module somewhere easy to find.
- I would be interested in seeing a break down or overview of the email blast process.  Example questions might be what are the tracking metrics, does someone help design the email, etc..
- The telephone number seems to change when you hit the login section to what looks like a fake number.

Good luck!

Thanks HostClick-

The URL is from the content management tool used, but I know this is on shortlist for future improvements to the software.

I agree with the screenshots ... I need to improve the visual aspect of a customer experience.  Hopefully I will get to that soon as it would help.  You can never be to clear for people.  I`ll get the phone fixed, thanks for noting that!

THANK YOU for your time -  AARON

Aaron,
I appreciate your explanation of how the process works. As I`ve begun saying to other folks, what you and all others asking for commentary should be considering as high-value information is the interaction between your site and the forum.

Not so much the details---of course they`re important. But when someone like me has a question about the business process and you answer it, that should be on the site! If I`m asking about your helping to make the questions, then hundreds of your viewers will ask the same question. But they don`t have access to you via the SuN board. Put it in the content! Make it prominent! :-D

Hi Aaron,
The site looks great! My only suggestion would be to add Sign-up to one of the top header links - just to make the sign-up page more prominent.

Regards,
Scott
