Hi Murat,

Are you trying to distribute a press release? Call PRNewswire or PRWeb, and they can segment your distribution list for you.

If you specifically want to reach these groups to bring in new sales, contact me at rembrandtwrites.com to discuss specific tactics for reaching your goals. PR is no longer about distributing a press release to the masses... it's about targeted content to the right people at the right time.

Thanks,

Melanie Rembrandt, rembrandtwrites.com

If you're looking for options for true news wire distribution, you'll want to consider and ensure, among other elements:

- The service you're considering is a true news wire, not an e-mail blast or Web posting service - there are only a handful of wire service

- The list of media are relevant - and that the list isn't pumped full of irrelevant or vaguely related source

- That all the available options you need to meet the needs of the media are available

- That your release is sent individually, not grouped together with a bunch of others, showing only the headline and a sentence or two, to be overlooked

- You have access to skilled professionals - with journalism experience - who can ensure your content is appropriately formatted and presented according to preferred editorial style of newsrooms around the world (Associated Press - AP)

- The fees you're paying are for the distribution - not for a name or to support a more-than-half-century old behemoth that charges you for its name and does almost nothing to support your growth

- The links created by the release are high quality, to assist with your PageRank

- The goal of the service was not founded on the premise of circumventing the media but on assisting you with reach to all contemporary resources and encompasses both traditional and non-traditional sources

A little research and common sense - and knowing that you're comparing apples to apples with distribution options - can go a long way to saving you hundreds of dollars, maximizing your time and achieving results from your marketing efforts.

Best regards,

Melanie
