how about some photos of your establishment?
yea, you show some generic pictures but what am I getting by your estimate 1/2 hour away from ashville?
ashville by my memory was a cool little town with a couple hours interest then what?
how am I getting the 30 minutes back to my room after I`ve spent a couple hours interested?
at the end of my day I disagree with craig it`s not even a flier!
you offer not even a link to let the would be visiter know anything about ashville, yet that is your feature (guessing here) 20 miles away.
having been to ashville personally in an other life I kind of know what you are offering, but my wife would say "where, forget it" with out a ton of hard sell on my part, and I`d rather be on a beach somewhere. sell some more of the attraction. don`t worry you may give some business away you only have 4 rooms.
sell sell selll

You`ve done a nice job presenting what seems to be all of the information needed to grab the attention of potential vacationers. The site does what it needs to do. You have a single vacation home for rent and you`ve conveyed your message clearly with a comfortable, personal feel. Your photo gallery is thorough and of decent quality. You`ve mapped the location and provided some area information, listed your rates and provided contact information - what else is there. Comments regarding the activities available in the surrounding area are purely subjective and irrelevant to a critique of the website itself. Remember, people visiting the site will already have an interest in the Asheville area.

I do have a couple of minor design suggestions:

1. The Google ads above the photos of your home on "The House" page are a bit distracting. I would get rid of those and keep the ones below.

2. If you could center the navigation at the top it might be nice.

3. Your page titles should be a little more detailed - something like "Wolf Mountain House: Asheville NC Vacation Rental", etc.

Beyond those couple of things, I would say you`re ready to start promoting. Best of luck to you - I`ll keep you in mind if I`m headed to the Asheville area any time soon!

Hello there,

I have been through your site and it`s looking good. I would suggest putting a header design and below it, is the navigation bar to make it look formal and neat.

I got curious about what everyone was talking about, so I loaded it in Internet Explorer. I ordinarily use Firefox, and none of your navigation tabs are showing. There isn`t even a placeholder, which is why I thought it was simply a 1-page flyer. You`ll likely want to consider browser compatibility.

First impression - high level skills in graphic art and design - then I saw it was produced on an Apple Mac.  It looks very stylish and professional.  If I was in the market for holiday rental though I would like to see pictures of the accomodation and the views and my point is that it looks like a holiday brochure rather than a website promoting holiday accomodation and I believe that the design of each is and should be different.

Hope this helps.
