Well, the font is too small, and the layout too complicated. The black on black graphic work at the top was imposssible to read, and I`m not sure what`s the point of the overall site. Yes, I see the first paragraph ("This is a dynamic Website....") but it really doesn`t convince me I should get involved.

The navigation is odd, and not all that easy to click on each item. So overall, I`d say there`s a re-design in the offing on this site. The links to "Featured" anything (gray boxes) aren`t obvious as links, neither with blue or underlining, so it took me some wandering around to look for when the mouse turned into a hand.

Well, my plan is to make a collaborative website in which users can do things like, online chatting, forums, sharing and downloading important files... and so on and so  forth.

The forum is already working,  as well as the chat, I still working on the other.

As per the your website concern i like to say that your website contain so many mistakes that are very critical for your business so modify it as possible as early. You need to select medium font size and use light background instead of dark. If you need more help regarding website design then visit our site.

Your site looking good, but not  perfect, i think you should some changes in font size, but not more. and so me graphics color are not matching.
