I should very well organized site with good color combo, decent and usual menu structure to navigate around.

Few things I would suggest,

1. It might add value to give options to translate your website different language like Spanish or Italian or Japense since yours is a language translation service.

2. Add captcha to your contact to avoid spams a bit

3. Add good and valuable and relative meta keywords and change title to add more info about your service. It helps on SEO.
