Is the lay out decent? Does the website provide clear information? Do

OK, here comes honest feedback...
Your site is all Flash, so this means it's not SEO friendly.
You're using black as the background for the entire site, which is really hard to read text.
The pink and lime green are really, really bright.
There's no focus on one thing, everything is calling for attention. There's no level of professionalism so your target audience won't take you seriously.
Where's your portfolio section? Media Advertising needs to show examples, so create a portfolio section.

It wasn’t harsh, but honest and that I do appreciate.
I’ll definitely be taking your feedback into considerations and looking on how these can be applied to improve my website. The last thing I would want is to have a bubble gum website for my business.
As for the Flash website not being SEO friendly, the services I used for my website is being provided by Wix.com They provide Flash templates and hosting of websites. According to them, they have incorporated search engine friendly functionality within these templates. So I guess now I’ll wait and see if it does work.
