Unfortunately not professional, even A new person may lost why s/he has been there, for what it is meant?

Coming to your all concerns one by one

1. Forum: When I went to your your forum I liked it(At First look, I didn't checked functionality)

2. Design: Very very poor, Neither there is good navigation so a person can easily navigate, nor a professional look and appearence

3. Content: No issues, but way of presentation -Its poor!

Conclusion: You have everything but the lagging part is to represent them!
