Does anyone have plans for this weekend? The start of the big hunting season, is everyone hitting the woods or opting for something else?

We are off to a show in northern MI and going to hit the casino tonight! Hoping to avoid the snow, supposed to have snow all weekend.

What is everyone else up to, anyone got big plans?

I usually take at least one weekend in every month to align the handles on all my coffee mugs correctly (to magnetic North). I`ve been putting it off lately, so it looks like this weekend will be pretty busy. It`s gotta be done, after all.

Beautiful weather here. Sunny, cool and a bit of fog. It smells like fall. I`m going to do a little raking of leaves and clean-up in my garden. My partner and I are going to the big rally against California`s Prop. 8 downtown this morning - there`s over 300 rallies and marches around the country today. I do want to spend some time just laying on the couch reading a book. This is going to be a fairly relaxing weekend.

Good for you Jeff, let us know about it.

I went out today and bought a beautiful sexy outfit, for hubby`s `family business` big Christmas party. Oh, can I possibly say sexy, at my age...Yes I can!

Tomorrow, will be a day filled with laundry to do, ugh. But also relaxing in between. I won`t think about Monday morning till it`s here!

Took the kids to see Madagascar 2. GREAT movie!! Janie, I`m putting my fav. Black Pepper Jerky on my Christmas list for the hubby... be on the look out

Hope you guys all had fun, we had a cold snowy, snowy day here in MI yesterday! Had a great time up in Ludington on Lake Michigan. The waves coming in on shore were huge! I`ve never seen the freighters anchor off the shore, but they were in pretty close and anchored on Saturday, figured they knew something we didn`t and we got it on Sunday. The waves were crashing into the breakwalls and the pier and coming completely over them and down the other side, it was magnificent!

Oh well, cold snowy morning today, left my car out all weekend and had to clean all the snow off and scrap the ice. . .UGH!!!
