Hi friends,

I have more than 15 years experience and want to start a business of remote database support (of course I have been working in same kind of company from last 8 years). Is there any guidance and suggestion about how to start my remote database support business. I am able to make new website and hosting because I am aware of these all. But I assumed that is not enough, without marketing or business planning no business gets succeed. If I would get some points then I will be able to think and try to get more clarification from my existing job.
