Our restaurant will be a new player in the restaurant industry. The restaurant will be located in a prime spot near a new cinema theater and having over three hundred feet road front with a main highway leading to Mount Airy. Bolstered by the need for more choices in family-oriented dining experiences, the restaurant is positioned to take advantage of the market need and serve the families in the Mount Airy area.

The town of Mount Airy is rapidly growing with new hotels and a busy tourist destination. It is our company's strategy to exploit the first-mover opportunity and establish itself as the preferred pizza provider for the local and traveling public. We believe a locally-owned restaurant is the best option to serve the rapidly growing population with a fresh, unique, and inviting atmosphere will be desirable.

A financial partner in this venture and the unlimited potential this unique plan gives, could be good. We have the experience, the plan, the vision, but we lack the credit or resources to start. If we can build this company, and get financially able we would buy this land and building to secure the business and to add a hotel which would sit behind the restaurant. If this unique restaurant is a success, the business model documented and running, then we intend on adding other locations. The uniqueness and appeal to the traveling public could allow this venture, properly funded, to excel in the food and hospitality industry. The reason we are starting small, is to provide the data that investory like your would like to see and be willing to aid us in this vision. Being this place would be non-alcoholic, and non-tobacco, and menus and atmosphere that will appeal to the young at heart, every community we serve would welcome us.

This business plan calls for an exciting, profitable start-up year ahead with future forecasted growth as we meet the demands of the community. In all, this plan describes a healthy company with good growth prospects, looking to manage its orderly growth in the near future. We have the location spotted, and experienced staff, but no money or enough collateral. Need a partner or investor to make this venture possible.

I know how to exactly obtain the finance that you’re looking for. I did it with my company; I can help with your project. Back in March of 2007 I incorporated an S corporation. By June of 2007 I already had established $260,000. In the months that followed I was able to acquire $850,000 in loans, lines of credit and factoring ($475,000 of which was obtained July of 2009).
