I've been brainstorming starting a SP on the side and haven't been able to find an answer to this... hopefully it isn't too state specific.
Say I had a job request that I was unable to attend to for any reason but have a friend that I can send instead, what would be involved in that... I'm talking IRS, how to pay him, or what would go into that.
I am going to speak with an accountant, but I'm still in the early stages of planning and just hoping to have this answered.
