I used to work in the hotel trade in the UK. All of the hotels didn`t
have a 13th floor, the restaurants would have a dummy that
they sat at the table if the reservation was for 13 people....
I am superstitious, spill salt throw it over my shoulder, no new
shoes on a table,(shoes don`t belong on a table at the best of
times!) hate crossing bridges that cross water (my kids tell me
that`s `cos I`m such a witch) , but they also tell me I remind them
of "Monk" because of my little OCD quirks...so who really know,
I think some people believe in things but are too ashamed to
admit it for fear of being judged

My wife broke a belt loop on one pair of pant and a string tie on her skirt. When she started putting on the next choice of clothing... I told her watch out, it`s Friday the 13th! You might break the zipper on this piece of clothing.

But also, isn`t the 13th supposed to be lucky? Christ passed on Friday and 13 people were at the last supper.
