Currently I'm looking for the foreign partners to expand a business of outsourcing software development.

I am from the city of Zaporozhye, Ukraine.
Ukraine is close to Europe (within 2 hour direct flight from the main European cities) and has a small time difference (GMT/UTC +2 time zone). This gives more opportunities for the on-site and offshore development teams to collaborate.
