Before I make my move to develop my ideas, the question that still arises is to:

outsouce or to partner.

any experiences, comments, or suggestions available.

I&I,

Are you looking mostly for funding or for a person that is established as an entreprenuer and willing to share their experience to help you grow your ideas and share the profits 50/50? (If I may put it so bluntly)

You would have to share some specifics if anyone were even going to consider the thought. Try to tell us in the most broad sense, without revealing any critical details, how you see your plan being enacted, what you personally have to offer aside from your ideas (what work you feel comfortable doing to take your idea to the next level, and what you would expect of a partner.

After you can share that, I`m sure that you will be able to get some kind of response from people in the position that you are seeking.

It depends on the situation.

For example, I outsourced my operations to people that know more about fashion then i do. It also helps that they handle my customer service and only contact me for escalations. You won`t find me burning the midnight oil answering emails..I leave that to my outsource facility..leaving me time to manage the strategy and high level things, and free time for my hobbies like posting on SuN.

I partner only if there is some type of strategic advantage for me. For example, I have partnered with Sonicbids.com to run a monthly contest for me www.grooverockgear.com/sonicbids and we have a revenue share contract. They provide me with links to thier 50,000 members allowing me to work directly with indie and up and coming bands. This partnership saves me time from having to find bands on sites like myspace and such.. Instead...bands find me...

So it depends on what you are looking to accomplish.

Ideas,

Not sure what you want to outsource but...Companies like mine, PEO`s allow small businesses to have a single source for payroll, taxes, complete HR services, benefit administration, workplace saftey, etc. This is a proven concept that lets business owners get back to profit generating, production related tasks. Our clients reduce the costs and control the liability of being an employer, attract and retain better employees, and build a culture of professionalism whithin their workforce.

Good luck, HRguy
